William Routledge | William RoutledgeROUTLEDGE, WILLIAM (1839-85), who represented Petane in the Hawkes Bay Provincial Council (1871-75), was in business in Napier from 1861. He held a commission in the New Zealand militia (ensign 1864), and was captain of the artillery volunteers. For a short time he was major commanding the district. Routledge died on 20 Mar 1885.
