CROSSLEY, OWEN THOMAS LLOYD (1860-1926) was educated at Trinity College, Dublin. He was curate of St John, Birkenhead (1888), vicar of Egremont (1892), and other parishes; lecturer at St Aidan's, Birkenhead (1900), archdeacon of Geelong (1904-11) and incumbent of All Saints, St Kilda (1905-11). In 1911 he was appointed Bishop of Auckland, a position which two years later he resigned to become chaplain to the Archbishop of Melbourne. In 1914 he was appointed rector of St Andrew's Major, Dinas Powis, Cardiff, where he died on 8 Mar 1926.
